20世紀にマネジメントという考えが生まれました。マネジメントというのは自然に生じたものではありません。マネジメントは木のようなものではなく、テレビのようなものです。誰かが発明したのです。永久に機能しつづけはしないということです。マネジメントは素晴らしいです。服従を望むなら、伝統的なマネジメントの考え方はふさわしいものです。しかし参加を望むなら、自主性のほうがうまく機能します。
